Your choice
GiftTracker does not contact Google Analytics until you choose Accept. Reject is equally available, and you can reopen Cookie preferences from the footer at any time. Rejecting analytics does not stop you using the website.
What the website stores
- gt-consent: a local-storage record of Accept or Reject and the time of that choice. It expires after 12 months so we can ask again. It is essential to remember your choice and is not sent to GiftTracker by itself.
- _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics cookies created only after acceptance. They distinguish visits and help us understand which pages are useful.
What we do not enable
Advertising storage, ad personalisation and remarketing signals remain denied. GiftTracker does not use Google advertising cookies on this site. Ordinary hosting logs and requests to third-party image or retailer services are not controlled by the Analytics choice.
Changing or clearing your choice
Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting removes the Google Analytics cookies the site can access and prevents further Analytics requests. You can also clear cookies and site storage in your browser. See the privacy policy for the wider use of information.
