About these terms
These terms are between you and Lee Wrigglesworth, trading as GiftTracker in England. By using GiftTracker you agree to them and acknowledge the privacy policy. Contact leewriggapps@gmail.com with questions.
Who may use GiftTracker
GiftTracker is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian where required by law. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure and be entitled to add any information you save about another person.
Your content
You keep ownership of the gift ideas, notes, photos and other content you add. You give GiftTracker a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, process and display that content only as needed to operate the service and provide features you choose. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable technical backup and legal retention periods.
Do not add unlawful or infringing content, malware, abusive material or content that creates a safety or security risk. Private content is not routinely monitored. We may restrict, remove or disclose it only where reasonably needed to operate or secure the service, investigate a report or material breach, protect people, or comply with law.
The service
GiftTracker helps organise gift information. It does not sell products, process retailer orders or guarantee that a gift, price, link, reminder or third-party service will remain available or error-free. Retailer terms, live prices, delivery, returns and customer service apply to purchases you make with them. Some links may earn GiftTracker commission; see the affiliate disclosure.
Changes, suspension and closure
We may change the service to maintain, improve or protect it. We may restrict or end access for a material breach, unlawful use, abuse, a security or safety risk, or a genuine operational need. We will give reasonable notice where practical, but urgent risks may require immediate action. If GiftTracker closes, we will aim to give reasonable notice and an opportunity to request a copy of your data where practical; this is not a promise of a self-service export.
Liability and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, GiftTracker is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these terms, failures outside our reasonable control, or retailer products and services. If you use GiftTracker for business purposes, additional limits permitted by law may apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory right a consumer has to bring a claim in another court under applicable law. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
